The following disclosures are provided to ensure full transparency about the nature of services offered by True Path Travel, operated by Grace Built on Faith LLC. Please read this information carefully before purchasing a VIP Travel Package or making any travel reservations through our platform.

1. Nature of Services

True Path Travel is a promotional travel marketing platform that provides customers with access to discounted vacation packages through affiliated resort providers and travel networks. We connect travelers with promotional accommodation opportunities at partner resort properties in popular destinations across the United States and Mexico.

True Path Travel acts as a facilitator of promotional travel access. We are not a licensed travel agency, tour operator, airline, or hotel operator. Our role is to provide customers with access to exclusive promotional rates at partner properties through our VIP Travel Package program.

The discounted rates offered through True Path Travel are made possible through partnerships with resort properties that offer promotional stays as part of their marketing and hospitality programs.

2. Accommodations

All resort accommodations included in VIP Travel Packages are provided by affiliated partner properties. These properties are independently owned and operated and are not owned, managed, or controlled by True Path Travel or Grace Built on Faith LLC.

Key details regarding accommodations:

• Room types, amenities, and on-site services vary by property and destination.
• Property standards, cleanliness, and service quality are the responsibility of the individual resort partner.
• True Path Travel does not guarantee specific room assignments, views, floor levels, or bed configurations.
• Photos and descriptions of partner properties on our website or marketing materials are provided for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact accommodations assigned.
• Any issues, complaints, or concerns regarding on-site accommodations should be addressed with the resort staff directly during your stay. True Path Travel will assist in facilitating resolution where possible.

3. Webinar Requirement

All VIP Travel Package holders are required to attend a 90-minute informational webinar before making their first reservation. This is a mandatory requirement and must be completed by all traveling adults associated with the package.

The webinar covers:

• How to use your VIP Travel Package and navigate the booking process.
• Destination information and what to expect at partner resort properties.
• Important policies including reservation deposits, cancellation procedures, and travel tips.
• An overview of resort partner programs and on-site experiences.

The webinar is included at no additional cost as part of your VIP Travel Package. No reservation can be confirmed until the webinar has been completed. Webinar sessions are available at regularly scheduled times and can be booked through your customer portal or by contacting our support team.

4. Not a Timeshare

True Path Travel VIP Travel Packages are NOT a timeshare offer. It is important to understand the following:

• No real estate purchase is involved or implied at any point.
• No timeshare obligation is created by purchasing or using a VIP Travel Package.
• No ownership interest in any property is transferred, offered, or suggested.
• No investment opportunity is represented or implied.
• You are purchasing access to promotional vacation stays, not a share, stake, or recurring obligation in any real estate property.

While the 90-minute webinar is required before your first reservation, it is an informational session about your travel package and is not a timeshare sales presentation. You are under no obligation to purchase anything additional during or after the webinar.

5. Availability

All VIP Travel Packages and individual reservations are subject to availability. The following factors may affect your ability to book specific dates or destinations:

• Seasonality: Demand for resort accommodations varies throughout the year. Peak seasons (holidays, summer months, spring break) may have more limited availability.
• Resort Inventory: Partner properties manage their own room inventory and allocate a limited number of rooms for promotional stays. Once inventory is filled for a given period, additional bookings may not be available.
• Blackout Dates: Certain dates may be excluded from promotional availability, including major holidays (Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter, etc.) and special resort events. Blackout dates vary by property and will be communicated to package holders.
• Advance Booking: Reservations made well in advance typically have the best selection of dates and destinations. Last-minute availability is not guaranteed.

True Path Travel makes reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred travel dates and destinations but cannot guarantee availability for specific dates or properties.

6. Partner Properties

Vacation stays arranged through True Path Travel are fulfilled by affiliated travel networks and resort providers. Important details about our partner properties include:

• Partner resorts are located in various destinations across the United States and Mexico, including but not limited to Las Vegas, Cancun, Miami, Cabo San Lucas, Orlando, and other participating cities.
• Quality, amenities, services, dining options, and on-site activities vary by property and destination. Not all resorts offer the same level of amenities or services.
• True Path Travel does not control the operations, policies, pricing (for on-site services), or standards of partner resort properties.
• Resort policies regarding check-in/check-out times, guest policies, resort fees, and on-site rules are determined by each individual property.
• Partner property participation in our program may change over time. True Path Travel reserves the right to add or remove partner destinations.

7. Pricing & Value

VIP Travel Package prices reflect promotional rates negotiated through our partner resort network. Regarding pricing and value:

• True Path Travel does not guarantee specific savings amounts compared to retail or publicly available rates.
• Actual value of your travel experience depends on multiple factors including travel dates, destination selected, availability, and current market rates at the time of travel.
• Package pricing is set at the time of purchase and is not subject to retroactive adjustments based on future price changes.
• Promotional rates are provided as part of the partner resort's marketing program and reflect the resort's promotional pricing, not necessarily a specific dollar discount from published rates.
• Additional costs beyond the package price (flights, meals, activities, transportation, tips, travel insurance) are not included and should be budgeted separately.

8. Reservation Deposits

When booking a specific trip through your VIP Travel Package, a reservation deposit may be required. This deposit is applied toward applicable taxes, resort fees, and administrative charges associated with your confirmed stay.

• Deposit amounts vary by destination, property, and length of stay.
• Deposit requirements will be clearly communicated before you confirm a reservation.
• Reservation deposits are separate from your initial VIP Travel Package purchase price.
• Once a reservation is confirmed with a partner resort, the deposit is non-refundable.

9. Travel Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for all expenses and arrangements not explicitly included in the VIP Travel Package. This includes but is not limited to:

• Transportation: Airfare, rental cars, rideshares, taxis, shuttles, and any other transportation to and from the resort destination.
• Meals & Dining: All meals, beverages, room service, and dining expenses unless explicitly stated as included in a specific package.
• Activities & Excursions: Tours, spa services, water sports, entertainment, and any other activities or experiences at or near the resort.
• Resort Fees & Incidentals: Any on-site resort fees, parking charges, Wi-Fi fees, minibar charges, or other incidental expenses not covered by the reservation deposit.
• Tips & Gratuities: Tips for resort staff, tour guides, drivers, and other service providers.

10. Health & Safety

Travelers are solely responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being during all aspects of their travel experience. This includes:

• Travel Insurance: True Path Travel strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and lost baggage. Travel insurance is not included in VIP Travel Packages.
• Passports & Identification: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, identification, visas, and any required travel documents for their destination. For travel to Mexico, a valid U.S. passport is required.
• Health Requirements: Travelers should consult with their healthcare provider regarding vaccinations, medications, and health precautions recommended for their destination.
• Destination Requirements: Travelers must comply with all entry requirements, customs regulations, local laws, and public health guidelines of their destination country, state, or city.
• Personal Safety: Travelers should exercise the same caution and awareness they would use in any unfamiliar location. True Path Travel is not responsible for theft, injury, illness, or any personal harm that may occur during your travels.
• Emergency Services: Travelers should familiarize themselves with local emergency numbers, hospital locations, and the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate (for international travel) at their destination.

True Path Travel and Grace Built on Faith LLC are not liable for any health issues, injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your travel experience. By purchasing and using a VIP Travel Package, you acknowledge and accept these risks and responsibilities.
