At True Path Travel, operated by Grace Built on Faith LLC, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all VIP Travel Package holders.
30-Day Refund Window
Customers may request a full refund of their VIP Travel Package purchase within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. The 30-day period begins on the date the payment is processed and confirmed, as indicated on your purchase receipt or confirmation email.
Refund requests received within this window will be reviewed and processed promptly, provided all eligibility requirements outlined below are met.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The VIP Travel Package must not have been redeemed, reserved, or activated in any way.
- No reservation may have been confirmed with a partner resort property.
- The webinar attendance, while not disqualifying on its own, combined with a reservation attempt may affect eligibility.
Once a reservation has been confirmed with a partner resort, the package is no longer eligible for a refund. This applies regardless of whether the 30-day window is still open, as confirmed reservations involve commitments to third-party resort partners that cannot be reversed.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team using one of the following methods:
- Email: Send your request to support@truepathtravel.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, purchase date, and order/confirmation number.
- Phone: Call 754-272-8452 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST) to speak with a customer support representative.
Please have your purchase confirmation, order number, and the email address associated with your account ready when contacting us. This helps us locate your account and process your request as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Key details include:
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or credit card provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated on our end.
- If you do not see the refund reflected in your account within 10 business days of receiving the confirmation email, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.
Reservation Deposits
Reservation deposits that are applied toward taxes, resort fees, and other charges at the time of booking a specific trip are non-refundable once a reservation has been confirmed with a partner resort property. This policy applies because:
- Reservation deposits are forwarded to third-party resort partners to secure your accommodations.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the resort allocates inventory and resources for your stay.
- These deposits are separate from the initial VIP Travel Package purchase price.
We strongly recommend confirming your travel dates and plans before submitting a reservation deposit to avoid any non-refundable charges.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
True Path Travel reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. While we strive to honor our 30-day refund policy consistently, the following circumstances may apply:
- Medical Emergencies: In cases of documented medical emergencies that prevent travel, we may consider refund or credit requests outside the standard window. Documentation from a licensed medical professional may be required.
- Fraudulent or Abusive Requests: Refund requests deemed fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith may be denied. This includes repeated purchase-and-refund patterns, chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team, or misrepresentation of circumstances.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, a partial refund or account credit may be offered in lieu of a full refund, depending on the circumstances and the extent to which Services have been utilized.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with True Path Travel may delay the resolution process and could result in additional fees or the suspension of your account and package benefits.
