1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to True Path Travel, a promotional travel marketing platform operated by Grace Built on Faith LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the True Path Travel website located at truepath-travel.com (the "Site") or by purchasing, activating, or using any of our VIP Travel Packages (the "Services"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Site and Services immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grace Built on Faith LLC. We encourage you to read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. VIP Travel Package Description

True Path Travel operates as a promotional travel marketing platform that provides customers with access to discounted resort stays and vacation experiences through affiliated partner properties and travel networks. Our VIP Travel Packages offer promotional rates on accommodations at select resort destinations across the United States and Mexico, including but not limited to Las Vegas, Cancun, Miami, Cabo San Lucas, Orlando, and other participating locations.

Each VIP Travel Package includes a specified number of vacation stays at partner resort properties. The exact destinations, duration, and accommodation details are outlined at the time of purchase and may vary based on the specific package selected. All packages are subject to availability and the terms outlined herein.

True Path Travel does not own or operate any resort properties. All accommodations are arranged and fulfilled through our network of affiliated resort partners and travel providers.

3. Purchase & Payment

VIP Travel Packages are available for purchase through the True Path Travel website or through authorized sales representatives. By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• All information provided during the purchase process is accurate, current, and complete.
• You authorize True Path Travel (Grace Built on Faith LLC) to charge the payment method provided for the total package price.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your package details, activation instructions, and a unique booking reference number. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the package fee. Additional costs such as reservation deposits, taxes, resort fees, transportation, meals, and activities are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the package price unless explicitly stated.

4. Webinar Requirement

All VIP Travel Package holders are required to attend a 90-minute informational webinar prior to making their first reservation. This webinar provides essential information about how to use your package, the booking process, destination details, and what to expect during your stay at a partner resort property.

The webinar must be completed by both traveling adults (if applicable) before a reservation can be confirmed. Webinar sessions are scheduled at regular intervals and can be booked through your customer portal or by contacting our support team. Failure to complete the webinar will delay your ability to make reservations.

The webinar is included as part of your VIP Travel Package at no additional cost. It is designed to ensure you have the best possible travel experience and understand all aspects of your package benefits.

5. Reservation & Booking

After completing the required webinar, you may begin making reservations through our booking system. All reservations are subject to the following conditions:

• Availability: Reservations are subject to availability at partner resort properties. Specific dates, destinations, and room types cannot be guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed.
• Two Adults Required: Each reservation is designed for two (2) adults. Additional guests may be accommodated at certain properties for an additional fee, subject to the resort's policies.
• Scheduling Process: Reservations must be made in advance according to the lead times specified for each destination. Last-minute bookings may not be available.
• Confirmation: A reservation is not considered confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from True Path Travel or the partner resort.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Reservation changes and cancellations must be made according to the timelines provided at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that vacation stay within your package.

6. Reservation Deposits

At the time of booking a reservation, a reservation deposit may be required. This deposit is applied toward applicable taxes, resort fees, and other charges associated with your stay. Key details include:

• Deposit amounts vary by destination and property and will be disclosed prior to confirming your reservation.
• Reservation deposits are non-refundable once a reservation has been confirmed with a partner resort.
• Deposits are separate from your initial VIP Travel Package purchase price.
• Failure to pay the required deposit will result in the reservation not being confirmed.

7. Refund Policy Summary

True Path Travel offers a 30-day refund window from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your VIP Travel Package must not have been redeemed, reserved, or activated. Once a reservation has been confirmed with a partner resort, the package is no longer eligible for a refund.

8. Travel Availability

All travel packages and reservations offered through True Path Travel are subject to:

• Seasonality: Certain destinations may have peak and off-peak seasons that affect availability and pricing of associated costs (flights, activities, etc.).
• Resort Inventory: Partner resort properties manage their own room inventory. Availability may be limited during holidays, special events, and high-demand periods.
• Blackout Dates: Certain dates may be excluded from availability, including major holidays and resort-designated blackout periods. Blackout dates will be communicated to package holders.
• Destination Changes: True Path Travel reserves the right to substitute comparable destinations or properties if a originally listed destination becomes unavailable, with notice to the customer.

9. Bonus Travel Gifting

VIP Travel Package holders may be eligible for Bonus Travel Gifting benefits, which are unlocked after the successful completion of your first trip through True Path Travel. Bonus travel opportunities may include additional vacation stays, discounted rates on future bookings, or gifting credits that can be shared with friends and family.

Bonus Travel Gifting benefits are subject to separate terms and conditions that will be provided at the time they are unlocked. True Path Travel reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Bonus Travel Gifting program at any time without prior notice. Any bonus benefits are non-transferable for cash value and cannot be sold or resold.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, True Path Travel and Grace Built on Faith LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Travel Disruptions: Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, airline issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Third-Party Services: The acts, omissions, or negligence of partner resorts, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, or any other third-party service providers.
• Personal Injury or Property Damage: Any injury, illness, death, or loss of property occurring during your travels, unless directly caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of enjoyment.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your VIP Travel Package. You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to assume responsibility for your own safety and well-being during your trips.

11. Affiliate & Partner Disclosures

True Path Travel operates through a network of affiliated resort partners and travel providers. It is important to understand the following:

• Resort accommodations are provided by affiliated partner properties and are not owned, operated, or managed by True Path Travel or Grace Built on Faith LLC.
• The quality, amenities, services, and policies of partner resort properties may vary by location and are governed by the respective resort's own terms and conditions.
• True Path Travel acts as an intermediary to facilitate promotional travel access. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or resort operator.
• Any disputes regarding resort accommodations, services, or on-site experiences should be directed to the partner resort in the first instance, though we will assist in facilitating resolution where possible.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, images, and software on the True Path Travel website are the property of Grace Built on Faith LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

The "True Path Travel" name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Grace Built on Faith LLC. Unauthorized use of any True Path Travel intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

13. Modifications to Terms

True Path Travel reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address associated with your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.

By using our Services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Florida and waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
